Trust apple to hide things to where nobody can find them.

All I wanted to do was download all the music that was part of my family sharing plan (i.e. was already purchased by another family member).

It took me a while to discover where this menu item was hidden (Account Menu—> Family Purchases).
Originally, I thought it would be under ‘View My Account’….Anyway, for those of you still looking…here is a screenshot..

NOTE: If you still do not see the purchases, make sure you SIGN out and SIGN back in with your appleId.
