
Go for a 4 mile run/jog. Important to loosen up upper body muscles – and eliminate any chest stiffness. This is best done via a jog. Stretches etc. do not accomplish the loosening in the manner that running/jogging does. Make an effort to get up and go for the 4 mile run – it will make a HUGE difference on the 1st tee box.
The mindset to achieve is that of ‘doing one thing at a time – with full concentration’. One can start getting into this state by practicing with everyday tasks – such as driving. When driving on the road, all your concentration should be on the fact that you are driving. There is nothing else that you need to do – except drive.
