Restoring iCloud data onto a new iPhone

Settings—> General –> RESET –>REset all settings –> Will delete all your local data. Now, it is ready to be setup as a fresh iPhone (when it restarts).

After restart, when prompted, select restore from iCloud.

Checking SIM Card Number (ioS6 and above)

Settings –> General –> About –> ICCID (this is the SIM card number)

Or you can remove the sim card and read the number off it.
