Step 1

The easiest thing to try would be to promote that user to a Co-Administrator, and see if that fixes it.

Step 2

If co-admininstrator does not fix it, 

  1. Locate the specific subscription, in the subscription details blade, select settings
  2. Under resource management, select users
  3. You may notice that even though you are a co-admin, you’re not listed among the users.
  4. Add the user and make them a contributor/owner
